Note to readers: DO NOT miss another Monday Night Football game this season!

It seems like every week on Monday night, viewers get a treat from the NFL. That gift has come in the form of three incredible primetime games in the past four weeks.

Last night’s Vikings-Saints contest went down to the final minutes and was settled by Ryan Longwell’s 30-yard field goal to give Minnesota a 30-27 win. Despite the offensive futility in the first half, it took only a few plays for this game to go from sloppy to downright thrilling. Read more »

If you have ever been sucker-punched in the gut, you know exactly how I feel after a dreadful Week 3. The 5-11 performance leaves the one and only Raisin’ Brant at a disappointing, but manageable, 24-22-1 through three weeks.

After an 8-6-1 week, resident gamer Raisin’ Brant Nelson improved to 19-11-1 in his quest for a .700 season winning percentage. Read more »

We’re in a tough spot with our morals here. We don’t condone gambling on football, if anything because all the fun of an NFL Sunday will turn into torture, but we like the challenge of picking against point spreads. Hammerin’ Hank Goldberg can eat his heart out, as we unleash resident gamer Raisin’ Brant Nelson on this week’s slate of games.

Buffalo is among the teams we like to take care of business, traveling to Jacksonville in one of the weekend’s most intriguing games. On the flip side, Kansas City and Oakland couldn’t get any less intriguing, but the host Chiefs are a good pick against the hapless Raiders. Check out where the rest of the winners are in the Week 2 edition of Raisin’ Brant. Read more »
